Segmental block walls create a crisp architectural look, but some properties read better with large stone. Boulder walls can feel more integrated with lawn edges, planted slopes, and wooded or informal outdoor spaces.
They still require proper base work and drainage
A natural look does not remove the need for construction discipline. Base prep, dense compaction, and a correct first course still control the long-term performance of the wall.
